First up is Grid and Clique something thats as a healer and former healbot user I suggest every healer take a good long hard look at as a replacement for healbot. It also has many other uses outside of healing as well so by all means please take a look at it. I know a lot of you have had some questions baout my new UI layout so i've acutally covered some of that information in the second addon special part i've added here while disscusing SunnArt witch I used to help make my UI layout possible.

WoW Heroic & Addon Special and TFTD LPs!

Hello everyone I know this is a late post but its been a hetic week just a bit! As most of you know sides RL things on this week off from college, i've been getting my wife and I's new guild off the ground. And glad to say its starting to come toegether nicely! Thank you all for your continued support. Also a big shout out to the over 300 subscribers on youtube! Thank you so much!! So what do I have, well as promissed more TFTD LP in fact thats the only LP I have for you this week. But I got 5 new parts for you all to enjoy! The first two are finnaly two new over-due parts of my Addon Special! My applogies for taking so long my addons have been chaning a bit after 3.2 and it took me a while to get things setteled enough where I can acutally post new ones. So first up is Recount and Omen3 so you definlty want to check that out, then on the 2nd new special we have addons close to me, GetOverHere3 witch I help with work on, and then my BagSpace and Inventory Hawk (Continued)! So you definlty dont want to miss out on thoese!!!

Then finnaly I have another Heroic video for you all to gander at! Its a good one too, of The Occulus. Witch was always dreaded before 3.2 but with some nice changes witch scale the dragon like vechiles you ride with the gear you wear (a lot like Ulduar's Vechicles) its better then ever! I got a lot more WoW coming up including more if not the rest of the Grizzly Hills quests, and of course more Heroics and maybe some special suprises ;)

I also have some good news on the RL department. My wife and I have been able to get her a new laptop as I belive I mentioned last week. And as such we can both play at the same time now! Witch pretty much sums up todays beatuy shot for you all, hope you enjoy it! Also on a RL note I want to deticate this blog post today to all the family, freinds and love ones who lost people on 9/11 I remeber that day well and its sometimes hard to belive its been 8 years now. My heartfelt sympthies and prayers to you all from both my wife and I.

Lastly whats on the horizon, with college starting back up next week (on a wensday no less ;P) i'm going to attempt to resume my normal posting schedule of Tuesdays and Thrusdays. WoW Addon's Part 9 & 10 and Nax: Militarty Quarter! A Lil More TFTD!

Greets again everyone again no sunday but thats okay were back a little latter then ussal but no worries, back with more WoW and a little bit of TFTD for you all! So first as promissed and made, I finnaly, FINNALY! Have new addon parts for you all, part 9 and 10 respectfully are up for you all to enjoy so please do so. Well honeslty I got to a late start this weekend on my LP's in fact I still need to play more MM9 to get more footage, not to worry though Thrusday will see a lot more new LP's up so all you TFTD and MM9 fans much more coming, I was able to get a couple new parts encoded before I left today for school and well thats what you see here. So we have the last quarter of Nax but not the very last part of nax, still have the last two bosses to cover and you can expect that, but what comes after that? Well quests! For thoese of you who watched and followed along in my leveling vids you know we never finshed all the quests we could of done, and I promissed to show you thoese so I'm going to start doing that, and of course more raid content, maybe some alts and even Herorics! WoW Obsidan Sanctum & Addon Special Part 7 & 8!

(OS-Raid)

Greets once again to everyone, its been a little bit I know, RL is doing its thing but I have defintly not been idle for you guys, oh no and not even a holiday can slow this man down LOL! Seriously thou, first good news for the LP fans, all problems with TFTD has been worked out and you can expect new footage from that LP around the end of the week! I'll spare you the details of what I did (you dont want to know LMAO) but needless to say its done. But lets get to the main event here, RAID VIDS!! Yes as promissed there here!!!

(Addon 7)

First up is Obsidan Sanctum or OS as its commonly refered to, you can find this lovely 10-man (normal)/25-man (Heroric) instance in Dragonblight directly under the Wyrmrest temple. This was our first major 10 man our fairly new casual raiding guild got to dive into it. Witch is good for a few reasons, its not to complicated its basicly a huge giant cave with a horseshoe shaped rise around the middle area where the main boss is. Pretty straight forward. A good starting Raid for Northrend esppicaly for under-geared just learning causal raiding guild ;)

So how did we do, take a look at the vid for yourself and see :) keep in mind you will notice theres some resoultion changes, none of this footage thats complied here happend in just one day (as most all raids go!) so this was inbetween my operating system change. I also have here the next two parts of the addon special. Definlty a big deal here esppicaly in part 7, as it covers Auctioneer and now were starting to get to the lower addons I use, you may noticed through-out these addon videos I have some mods changing (like my minimap for example) this is important with 3.2 probley only a month or so away i'm trying to get rid of the oldest UI mods that I can, so i'll keep you updated to that.

Also my list for my UI will be updated here very soon as I finsh filtering through addons with more specific links and of course EVERYTHING thats been covered in the addon videos thus far even if there not on that list right now. (Woot I just made more work for myself LOL) Lastly I want to say HEY to all my fellow guild mates checking out my blog again or for the first time, and encoruge anyone curious about our guild theres a wonderfull link to the guild website just to your right there. And finnaly my wonderfull Paladin alt has made it to level 20 (WOOT!) and i've added a new armory link for her to the right as well.

Speaking of that as for my TFTD LP dont think i've forgoten you guys cause I havnt, things are progressing a bit slowly but I belive I have an option that will also me to get back to these LP's in no time flat, though it still may be late or next week before we see anything up on youtube! I will probley be playing around with that a bit tonight as i've been waiting a long time to be able to play it and now that I can I intend to take full advantage of it!!!

Addon Special Part 4 & WoW Level 76-77 Part 1 & 2!!

Well its a bit slow in coming and although I have no where near as much as I was hoping I still have something for you all! First its important to note that we have gotten a new hard drive and I have re-done or re-installed our OS, in fact were using the Windows 7 RC witch is avalible for free from microsoft to try out from there site, there giving it out for testing/evaluation reasons untill the end of this month (June 30th) so if you curious know your stuff or are using vista I seriously encoruge you to go check it out, you will be able to freely use it untill June 2010 altought starting March 2010 it will begin to reboot after every 2 hours of use, still thats a long time of free use and it will be out in retail late this year so definlty check it out!!!

(Part 1)

So what does this mean for the vblog and LPs? Really some good things and some bumps, the TFTD LP is on hold untill i can get things setteled on our new os/setup i'm hoping to have it up and running soon (since i'm using the windows 95/98 edition theres some compatablity working i need to do) so it may be a week before anything new comes out there, as for WoW footage no shortage there in fact starting with Part 5 of the addon special when it comes up you will acutall see in INCREASE in resoultion size as i'm able to run my desktop and wow at much higher res with no decrease in fps or response (Windows 7 RC is VERY NICE!!!) So, but on to what we got here!

(Part 2)

So we have part 4 of the addon special that I was unable to encoded properly early this week, and we have the first two parts of the level 76-77 up as well. I ran out of time due to some guild raid runs last night and didnt get all of 76-77 parts done something i hope to finsh tonight, if thats so you can expect another update pretty quickly this weekend! As for more addon parts I wouldnt expect thoese any ealier then monday but who knows! I still have a lot of system side stuff to reinstall and fix and of course setting up compatbality and things for my LP recodring of TFTD (so dont fret just a bit of a break!)

Once again in my rush I frogot to place a beautey shot *whimpers* and yes I am 80 and am starting raids and stuff and have wonderfull footage! So you can expect that all up as we get to it, so much much more still coming, stay with us, keep the comments up and spread the word! Thanks all!

Addon Special Part 1 & a Goldtip!!

Hello everyone and helloooo June! Kicking things off here this month on my blog/vblog is the first part of the new special you all voted for! YAAAA!! Addon Special Part 1 kicks things off going over Mirage UI and X-Perl Unit Frames, theres of course much more coming so make sure you stayed tuned for it as they become avaliable! Also as a bonus and as I mentioned last time, I found a decent gold making staratgey in Northrend that I wanted to share with you all, so I have a goldtip video posting up for you all. Thou its encoruged you be a skinner for this to work, its not required so please by all means take a look, and I hope you all find it usefull!

I am about to hit level 79 as I continue to mainly run dungeons and dialies but dont fret questing and such as we have been doing in grizzly will still continue, as for my next blog post of level 76-77 it should be up here by the end of the week, thats my plan anyway but depending on how RL goes well time will see, make sure you check back for more, no beatuy screen this time my aplogies, untill next time!!!

A little respec and DK hits 60!!!!

And greets to everyone once more! Another day done as monday is in the belt and matince tuesday hits like a ton of...ummm we have to go back to real life for how long with out WoW...LOL seriously thou what a wonderfull day of Death Knight fun! First I did a bit of a respec curve to make my Death Knight a better tanker and so far that has worked out wonderfully!!! Not only can I handle my self much better in a large big fight but I'm getting much more comfertable with my talents and spells/abblites! As I told you yesterday I worked on moving my deathknight upto level 60, i'm happy to say I did it, a bit quicker then I acutally thought witch was wonderfull. I even as you can see from the screenies headed to the Dark Portal and now officaly started in outland with my DK(Death Knight).

Also my DK hit another achivement as you can see, master first aid witch is very very sweeeet! With my death knight doing so well not only in the leveling department but also the aution house department I may work some of my alchemy tommroow after the maitance we will have to see, I want to work on my main and level her up as shes lagged a bit behind. I'm happy to say my lovley fiance has hit 57!!! And i'm so proud of how shes doing, she also got her death knight to level 60 and if you can tell or not she rode into the dark portal with me into outland! Tommorow has a lot of RL stuff on the plate, but also some non-WoW related stuff (I know heart attack!) i'm going to look into doing some wacraft 3 modding during the downtime. All this lore and content makes me hungrey to do some war 3 stuff just cause I know how to mod it well!

As for my WoW addons there on hold for the moment, i'm still looking forward to getting back to them just for now there put on a back burner till I can focus more on everything, hopefully this weekend or friday I can get back to work seriously on MatTrack! We will have to see. Sides that the biggest thing on the agend charchter wise is leveling my main, at least 1 level maybe more if I can. I doubt i'll run all the way to 60 but i'd like to get her as close if not there asap as possible just to keep up with incoming guild raids/instances that we will be doing more of. Besides that its more deathknight or an alt really to play and i'm definlty have a lot of fun with WoW. Got my beatifull fiance to play with as I have for quite a while, and now good wonderfull WoW freinds to play with as well, and I feel like i'm finnaly geting to the point I should of been years and years ago!

WoLK comes to me, and Death Knights ROCK!

Back again everyone! And in for a treat my faince and I managed to buy 2 copies of WoLK for us and we rocked with our death knights and I have awsome screenies for you all to see and enjoy, be warned there might be some spoliers so you have been warned! First I have to say I have this has been a very enjoyable experince by far, anyone looking to do this is in for quite a treat this is an experince you have never had before in any mmo let alone WoW its self!! The entire phasing aspect is so seemless and somewhat transparent and your so caught up into what your doing to really even notice!

So my wonderfull fiance and I rolled our Night Elf deathknights as altarnte fallen personas of our mains, you can see all these wonderfull screenies of our progress and transiton throughout the starting quests. You start as level 55 and by the time your 'free' of the lich king (you start out acutally working for the scourge!) you should be about level 58, it was a lot of fun I do have to admit and the gear went up well! The entire aspect of being of deathknight is very tankish (ie take the damage and focus on you) but there much more versitle and diffrent then any other tank you may have ever seen or played!

Its hard to describe really, but it makes total sense lore wise after all death knights are the oposite specturm of paladins as the entire progress shows by how arthas was a paladin then became a death knight. Its a lot of fun the story invovled and the changing world in the start is quite epic feeling, and then how your treated untill you set things straight is very very neat. If anyone is even thinking about buying WoLK but dosnt have a 70 and has at least a level 55 then get it for the death knight i'm sure you wont be dissapointed!

I dont want to go into to much detail about what your seeing as most to show what we did and wet your appiate, there plenty of places on the web to find more info and more details and spoliers about the death knight area and its quests/story. But as you can see its very cool, any race on ethier side can be a death knight, so have away at it! I would definlty look up for minformation about death knight class at the WoW website if you want more info. The most important things to note that in order to roll(create) a death knight you must have WoLK (of course!) and have a toon(a charchter) at least level 55. Then you can create your new Death Knight.

Besides rolling a death knight and geting WoLK I also did level my main to level 56! Also were setting up some instance running tommorow in the guild so be sure to check the blog for screenies and info on that! I hope you all subscribe to the blog, leave comments the works. I'm not sure if you have to register with blogger.com for some of it but its painless and easy and you can even start your own blog! As for addons of course I was hoping to get to dillgent work on my new MatTrack but with getting WoLK and guild that hasnt happend quite yet, i'll try to fit in some work on it probley sunday at the eailest monday at the latest so stay tuned for that.

The night WoLK went live.....

And hello again everyone its a new day in WoW as officaly 12am EDT(eastern daylight time) the long awaited WoLK went live! I was there...cheering in the background a bit bumbed that i wont get to play for now....RL looks like it screwed me but looks like there is silver lining to get at least one if not possibly both copies of WoLK by friday night. Time will tell, in the mean time the main fest continues! First i'm proud and happy to say my faiance is enjoying and doing so well in her venture by herself that shes acutally ahead of me! Yes before she went to bed early this morning she hit level 55!!!!!!

Needless to say i'm so proud of her, unforunlty she was so excited she didnt get a screen grab for you all! But mine is still coming i'm very close to levling and as you can see in these screenies I had a busy and exciting night! First it was back to questing and a bit of hunting to finnaly become a master in leatherworking, witch not only did i acomplish as my screenie shows but i even took on some dangerous foes by myeslf and took them down! Elites and even the nasty devilsaurs!!! The proof is all there in the screens! Sometimes its really good to be a battle restro-druid(restroration druid)!!!!

The day started out easy enough, tooks some time to help my lovley fiance take down a big bad ape and not get ganked (ganged up on) by other apes! Needless to say we sucseeded, twice of course, i had and needed the quest too! And again as i said before i took on a lot of odds and toruble in the name of leatherworking!! Taking down groups of 3 or 4 diffrent mobs or even some very very very means big ones as I mentioned! Needless to say I suprsised even myself.

So after doing a lot of work on getting leatherwokring up and getting it above the mark I did a little sight seeing with the WoLK now live of course this means the boats to northrend are now working, now I got on one of these boats for fun to show what happens when you try to goto northrend and you dont have the expansion, its on the move and then poof your teleported back to the docks with a little nag 'You need the Wraith of the Lich King expansion in order to access this area" hehe it was sooo much fun i had to due it twice and i wasnt alone that was probley the funiest part!

Also the orignal king of stormwind is back again! Yes you remebr me mentioning about him yesterday well hes in the throne room now next to his poor son and i have some wonderfull screenies of that for you all too. So whats in store today more of the same level level and more leveling!!! And of course more screenies and you can bet as soon as i get my frist view of a deathknight out there i will have screens up for all of you! And of course when I get WoLK you will see all the deathknight action right here as my fiance and I move up our deathknights!!!

The other event coming, its nearing time for me to seriously pick a guild! Thats right with level 55+ comes, raiding and everyhting else and a good guild for it will be imporant and esential!! So dont go no where if anyone reads this theres plenty more WoW goodness to come!! Also more addons as well, this weekend baring having WoLK there will be MAJOR work on my MatTrack mod! WoW Servers Gone Fishing....and lone mains...

Greets once again everyone, back again as promissed after a RL eventfull day. Foruntly or unfourntly depending on how you look at it, the WoW servers were as the name suggests and as my pic shows, gone fishing! Extnded mataince of course happend today but when the servers came back up in the game mail system wasnt working at all, everything was being lost! So servers were brought down, and not brought back up untill nearly 6 to 7+ hours latters. Now needless to say mannnnnny people were upset about this. However my faince and I took it in stride, granted were WoW junkies, but we had RL important matters to worry about so it acutally helped to let us focus on it.

Once the dust settled and the smoke cleared the servers came back up without a hitch once again, and as you can plainly see in these screenies my lovely fiance and I have taken our partying leveling up ways to bed. Yes were soloing now, this gives us both better freedom. I've been with my lovely fiance since she started wow, i was nearly 20 whole level ahead of her for it, but acutally walked her through evreything to let her learn about WoW and make sure her choice of a druid is what she wanted. She was hooked nad i'm happy to say learned very fast.

Playing togetehr with out mains made sense and was a ton of fun but now that were 50+ its not very efficent or reliable as our goals for this mid game could be diffrent. Case in point my lovely fiance has already joined a new guild witch I encoruged for her because it fit with what she wanted and needed. I'm looking at guilds that I think could be potential but i'm not comming to any guild untill i'm at the very least level 55. This has also allowed us to level and move at our own pace and best of all if one of the other dosnt feel like playing main or rl comes up or we just are not awake it dosnt matter now.

And the best part is were still there for each other if need be, we can still group for certian things and of course since we'll be in familer areas we can help each other out if needed. But as you can clearly see from these screen my faince in all her balance druid glory can very easily handle herself! And i've never been prouder!!! As for our levels if you curious and keeping track my lovely fiance did hit level 53 as did I in fact you can clearly see from the last screen i have easily made an entire level in a very short amount of time.We spent most of our small time togetehr thou not acutally parited otgetehr in western plaugelands witch is a wonderfull treat, it can seem intemdiating but thats the point. The last part of the night i made my way back un'gro crater to try and finsh off some quests and even do some hunting for leatehrworking, but alas i'm too tried and its late so i'm calling it a night and will get back to it tommrow.

And yes tommrow is the big day as WoLK will launch at midnight edt(eastern daylight time) and heres hoping the servers dont die! LOL as for us will we be there that looks pretty much impossible right now, unforuntly RL has reared its head and prevented it for now, but we will catch up you can bet on it so look out cause we will be there! and as such on our deathknights we will play and party together and that will be an absloute blast! As for the addon front, i havnt done any work on it because of the various server problems of course and of course rl issues.

I will get back to work on it in erneast i'm figuring this weekend is the best bet let the dust settle from WoLK release first. So whats on the WoW agenda tommrow more mains! at least mine anyway, i want to keep levling and getting up there as well as push my leatherwoking up and of course my fishing could use a little work so stayed tuned for all that! ALT day with a touch of SFK....

Greets once again everyone, so another day off the old counting block to WoLK (thats like 3 days away for thoese keeping track ;P) and one last good break off our mains before final cram time. So today started out easy enough with my alts, mainly my warlock pushing him to level 20. Course he did reach his 100 quests completed mark but did stop just short of level 19. Why you may ask, to level Zaarod (my horde main-alt) to be ran through SFK(Shadowfang Keep) by my lovely fiance. After a short level trip for my undead mage to level 21 we headed into shadowfang witch gave me a full exploration achivement as you can see in the screenie.


So we got to work, i'm happy to say this was the most enjoyable way to learn SFK since, yes I have to admit i had never run it before. Even on my old pervious account I never ran many instances with the exception of DM(Deadmines). its just sad but true! We had a lot of great moments including as you can see in the shots the dining room clearing. My fiance celebreated by dancing on top of the table with her cat and of course i celebrated by feasting on the flesh....what i'm an undead mage! helllllooo ;P As we moved up we ran into the main reason why I wanted to run SFK now instead of latter.

With the scoruge invasion in full swing for pre-WoLK goodness some new bosses have been introduced to old instances temporarly, this happens to be one of them, a nasty abomnation by the name of Sever. He didnt seem too diffcult for my finace to handle and his drops are nice and up-to date. Unfournlty i didnt get the drop i wanted of him, but still if you play WoW and you have a chance go after him and say you did it, before hes gone! After Sever we continued onward to the main attractions as we closed in on the ultimate goal Arugal. I was suprrised hoenslty by how easy this low level instance is compared to most allaince ones. Deadmines and Blackfathom Depths are much more tougher just in sheer numbers. The only place where even my fiance had to be carefull was the dinning room.

Never the less we made our way past the wolf master and up to Arugal himself and took him down handly chalking up our achivement and of course the completion of my last quests. Turning thoese last two in, neted with the quest turn in inside the instance and all the experince from kills neted me an easy level making my mage, level 22. Also he got some decent gear out of it too. Brand new shoulderpads and a better belt to name the big two. The loot drop wasnt to bad ethier most went to disenchanting but some made it to the auction block.

So that was pretty much it for the day, with it so late and myself and my fiance dead tired my warlock will have to wait at least another day before he reaches that level 20, and of course its back to major work on our mains tommrow as we close in on 55 and WoLK! As always i'll have the lastest info and screenies for you all to see! As for modding, I did get some done working on the new MatTrack tyring to update/convert the old Inventory Hawk to bring it in, so far its been very very slow, but i've started making some minor progress. The main problem is the old code, theres some really old not nedded naymore code used here and my still new experince to WoW addons, makes me unsure where to stop and end on this code.

Its getting done but at a turtles pace right now, oh and you may of noticed a UI change, healbot has been removed at least temporarly due to some bug problems with the newest updates, despite doing as sated with the cleaning of the WTF folder it still does nothing to fix the issue and i've tired everything. At the behest advice of my brother i'm using Clique for now as a psudeo replacement for that addon.
